Refund from Super Escapes

Our package holiday for 2-9 June was cancelled, have had to really push for a refund instead of a credit note. Constantly being lied to when we call them. Can't do a chargeback as Nat West won't do it for a debit card payment as it says it should be covered by Atol and Abta and travel insurance saying very unlikely to get a claim through as we have not got it in writing that Super Escapes won't give us a refund. What else can I do?? Thanks

I would make a raise complaint against the Natwest, it go against the advice of both Mastercard & Visa
