No they are not free, but you could try Libre Office which has a Draw package along with Gimp which is a free paintshop type software.blackstar said:

Thanks, does Canva mean they have to print it for you with one of their own t shirts? Just I am a certain size and they do not supply t shirts that fit me. So I want to design my own thing online and then save it to give to a local t shirt printing place to print on to my own particular sized t shirt I already have.GabiB said:I designed a logo/image on Canva, it’s a free website but has a ‘Pro’ version which you don’t really need.0
