Thanks, Vistaprint does not seem to have long length t shirts. Is PaintShopPro/Coreldraw free? My computer has paint but its so basic and not very good. 

No they are not free, but you could try Libre Office which has a Draw package along with Gimp which is a free paintshop type software.

Thanks, does Canva mean they have to print it for you with one of their own t shirts? Just I am a certain size and they do not supply t shirts that fit me. So I want to design my own thing online and then save it to give to a local t shirt printing place to print on to my own particular sized t shirt I already have.
