Laptop requires independent inspection

Hi
I need to prove there is a fault with the laptop I purchased and prove that the fault was not caused by fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage or neglect. Accordingly I wish to have the laptop inspected independently to prove this.  Can anyone make a suggestion of who I can use please?

Without knowing your general location that's a near-impossible question to answer. A local PC repair shop?

How long have you had it and what's up with it?

You'd need to find someone qualified, who's willing to put their name to a report that says there was a problem when you bought it, and what the problem was, and then pay them.

OP have you tried the tech forum? Could be an easy fix from bios menu possibly. The error you're receiving sounds like it might be trying to boot from the wrong location. If the hard drive was the issue, I'd expect an error saying it was corrupted or could not be found. 

ETA: upon rereading your post, it seems they've offered troubleshooting. As its been 2 weeks, is it safe to assume you tried their troubleshooting and are still having issues?
