Hi, Gotta say Hotels.com have been great up until now with cancelations, However I cancelled a non refundable room and was told It was cancelled no charge, Yay. Having checked my statement I was charged at time of booking (sept 2019). I contacted Hotels.com and explained the situation. Just got an email back say telling me to ring the hotel directly. Is this correct or are they passing the buck?

I’m having a nightmare with hotels.com too. there customer service appears to be zero. They seem to have people answering the phones that can not help because they are not authorised to make any decisions. Good luck0
