What to do about holiday?

I have a holiday booked through on the beach.co.uk for 31st August costs brava all inclusive. I have paid off £407 and have a current balance of £1050 left to pay in 2 installments due 17th July and 17th Aug. Personally I go for want to go on holiday this year. I contacted on the beach regards moving the holiday for next year. Which I was told I had to look for the same hotel and flights myself, get back in touch with them, they will then go relevant paperwork etc and this will vist approx £400! If I cancel it I will gave yo pay £163! Just dont know what to do??
