Gift Aid delay in payment

I submitted a Gift Aid claim on 4th Feb and still have not received the money. Is this normal at present? The Charities Help Line simply says they can't take my call. The money is important for overseas support.

Please give more information and details. For starters, are you claiming on behalf of the charity, or trying to claim back your higher rate tax?1
