Bank of Scotland Current Account Range

Seems like a long time since Bank of Scotland has done anything interesting with its current account range. I don't remember a switching incentive being offered in the last couple of years.
Also, I always expected them to provide a 'Club Lloyds' style offering as they were mirroring the account range of Lloyds Bank, however that hasn't happened.
You can have a Classic Account with or without Vantage, or a Platinum Account, and that's it. I know that they offer different accounts through their Halifax brand.

To be honest being able to get 1.2% on £5000 instant access for jumping through a couple of hoops is pretty good in this day and age. Don’t knock it!!

That's interesting to hear. Didn't realise their rate was competitive.

Why not apply for a Halifax and/or a Lloyds account if you fancy their offerings? You can even see & manage your Halifax accounts in your BoS online / app banking, and vice versa.

I know there are many people, myself included, who have held accounts with all 3 for many years
