Life Insurance Cover

Hi my husband is looking to take out a life insurance  policy for £10000. He has had Prostrate Cancer and has been clear for 3 + years. Would you be able to recommend the best Insurance Companies for this type of policy please.

No!
Not being blunt, but it will all be dependent on the histology of his prostate cancer, his gleeson score, the treatment he had (ie. surgical removal only, surgery + chemo and radiotherapy).
What are you actually wanting the cover for?  If it's for funeral expenses then your best best would be a funeral expense plan and  pay it off as quickly as possible.  There's also guaranteed acceptance plans, some of which are whole of life, such as the over 50's type cover and then there's medically underwritten term and whole of life policies, however, these would be the hardest for your husband to obtain due to the prostate cancer.

Or, put in a lot more humane, caring  and sensitive way, linda, it would be very difficult/impossible to find any such "normal" life insurance policy. But, there are many so-called "over 50s" insurance plans that could take you to the £10,000 limit without any medical considerations ----but only if you are desperate to pay so much in premiums.
Nevertheless, take a look at  https://www.bonaccordlife.com/guaranteed-acceptance/   ------fill out the short application ( 5 questions) and see what results you get and whether they are acceptable to you. Be careful and check terms and conditions very carefully.
