Coming off furlough.

I’m an electrician on furlough at the minute, I’m going back to work next week the 8th of June, where I’ll be doing more than 40 hours a week. I’m guessing I’ll have to come off furlough for the duration of the project I’m on (around 16 weeks), but what if we go into lockdown then. Can I be re-furloughed again even though I was not on furlough on the cut off day of 30th of June (10th be practical cutoff)?

You could be yes but it will totally depend on your employer because they will need to pay a contribution towards it. You'll need to speak to your employer closer to the time.
