HM Land Registry Prices Not Updated

Hi All, the land registry usually update their sold prices at the beginning of every month, but it seems they have not yet been updated. Does anyone know why? I'm wondering if this is CV related.

    It's entirely possible that HMLR are understaffed at the moment, so running late, yes.

    They’ve only updated once in 11 weeks (I’ve been watching as I’m waiting to see what a house we viewed completed for in the end, super nosey I know 😂) so I guess CV staffing levels have had a huge impact.

    We bought in Feb 2020 and Zoopla still doesn't have the sale listed but Rightmove does.

    The land Registry and Rightmove do.
    Oddly, we sold my husbands house in 2016 and it never appeared on any of the portals as sold. Not sure about land registry but now I’ve thought about it maybe we should check!

    I also completed in Feb 2020, i can see the price updated on Rightmove but not zoopla.
    Will i receive any paperwork from the land registry via my solicitors to confirm everything has been completed?
    I ended up purchasing the title deeds from the land registry website for £3 as i wanted to see when it was updated and it was done on 25th Feb and we completed on 14th Feb

    Yes, I'm also following up for nosey reasons, i.e. to see what a house sale I pulled out of due to my own sale falling through went for in the end. I suppose staffing issues might be the reason, but given that it's surely an automated report, plus something I would expect could be done remotely, I'd be a bit surprised.
