If someone has been receiving SSP from before the coronavirus outbreak, due to mental health problems and now it has run out and employers want them to furlough but because of this situation they have been advised by their mental health practitioner not to because they could call them back to work after July and they will not be ready to go back to work, where do they stand please?

As they were before if the virus had not been around. Although they could still claim the furlough and then refuse to go back to work if called in theory, although not what the scheme was meant to be for.
