If they have given you notice that they plan on doing it yes.

I have a similar question regarding holiday. I was furloughed on 20th April and was given an information pack in which it stated that the compant would "cancel any annual leave already prebooked to those that had been furloughed and will add these days back to your holiday entitlement".It also went on to say that if I wasnt able to use all my holiday this year that this could be carried forward for 2 years.
Yesterday I was sent a Holiday Request form to complete asking me to take use a further 5 days as holiday up to the end of July. I had already taken a week off prior to being furloughed. Can my employer enforce this? This is a company with about 2000 staff nationwide.

Yes they can, They've given you at least ten working days notice that they want you to take 5 days, which satisfies the 'reasonable notice' requirement. As long as an employer does that, they can dictate when you can take your holiday - even if it's your full allowance.

Thanks for that. Its a shame that it wasnt clearly documented and they have done a complete U turn regarding adding back pre-booked annual leave.0

I think a lot of companies initially took a 'employee-favoured' approach, partly because everything was so rushed in and then the rules and costs became more transparent and companies have had to manoeuvre to a more sustainable place.0

Unfortunately I guess they figured out it would save them a small fortune making staff take holiday whilst on furlough.
