EasyJet refund issues

Hi I have been trying since early April to resolve obtaining a refund from easyJet for months now . I have as advised by this site followed instructions to get a refund . EasyJet finally after much confusion on their website accepted my request . I have checked several times now to see if this has been processed and all it says against my booking is that they are processing my request .
I cannot do anything now on the fire as it’s frozen on this and I still haven’t received any refund to my account .
Contacting them is impossible the ignore emails and I can never get through via telephone having spent hours on hold .
Is there any advice you can give me about what to do next . I cannot even change my flights with them either .
Many thanks

You can wait for the refund (there's millions to process hence why it's taking a long time).  Or you could start a chargeback or Section 75 with the card you used to pay easyJet.

Yep, on twitter there are many people saying they are waiting more than 90 days for their refunds and counting.
Chargeback is an option, but banks timescales are almost as long (in my case 45 working days before they look at the chargeback request)
  • Hi we booked a car and flights with easyjet in one transaction, they cancelled and then refunded the flights (eventually), but refuse to refund the car as apparently we should have cancelled this prior to collection. never saw any of this in the terms and conditions, is this legal? has anyone managed a refund for both car and flights?

How was it billed on your statement? was it just one payment to EJ?
