Economy 7 meter

Changed to Bulb energy in November since then I’ve had a problem with readings. My statement states 1)day rate 2) night rate in fact it is other way round. Have contacted them several times, even sent photo of meter readable although dark due to being in under stairs cupboard.  I’ve had no response worried as what to do next be I’m over 70 and living alone can anyone help me.

Do you have a smart meter, or are you entering your own meter readings each month on Bulb's website?

Also, when you switched, did Bulb put the opening meter readings that you gave them in the right place, or did they get swapped around then?

Are you on the Priority Services Register?  If not, sign up now.
Bulb are expensive.  You should be able to do better: try some comparison sites starting with Citizens Advice and 'Switch with Which?'.  Don't forget to try separate suppliers for gas and electricity.
If you don't have storage heaters, also see whether single rate electricity works out cheaper.  You don't have to change the meter, many suppliers including Neon Reef (who are cheap) will happily add up the two readings.

The other thing if you're getting nowhere is don't just talk to them. Make a formal complaint. That way, they have to do something. But they do have 8 weeks to respond to a complaint.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.
