Opodo cancelled flights

I used Opodo to book flights to San Francisco with Air Canada in September 2020. I have just found out that the flights have been cancelled. Opodo are offering to mediate to get a voucher. However, I want a full refund, am I entitled to a refund and if so any ideas on how to apply for this.
