A3 +A5 Use Class or A3 will suffice

Our Proposed business model:
- 35% Dine-in
- 20% Take-away by customers
- 25% External delivery service (such as Deliveroo, Just-eat, etc..)
- 20% delivery by our own delivery personnel using our own company vehicles
Size of the Unit: ~2,000 Sq.Ft , Seating Capacity : ~ 25
Currently this premises has A3 use class permission.
Do we need to apply for an Ancillary A5 license to cover deliveries(by our team and third party service providers) or will the A3 license be enough for these services ?
I have tired to search the council website and planning portal and unable to find any information related to my query.
Thanks in Advance.

You do need to check with your planning authority (a phone call may be possible) but I think A3 is sufficientIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

A3 Restaurants and cafés - For the sale of food and drink for consumption on the premises - restaurants, snack bars and cafes
A5 Hot food takeaways - For the sale of hot food for consumption off the premises.
I believe that due to the current National Emergency, special temporary exemption has been afforded to use of a restaurant, snack bar or cafe to be used as a takeaway facility (in England)
- I say 'exemption', but you will need to check if you hope to take advantage of this. I think the planning people still need to be informed, but this could be done retrospectively.
