Direct line flights

Hi I wondered if you could help me, I booked Ryanair flights through a company called direct line flights in November. I was due to fly on Friday and these flights have been been cancelled which I would like a refund for but direct line flights are saying that I have to claim a refund directly from Ryanair. The payment I made was to direct line flights and not Ryanair so I am pretty sure they should refund me. They have sent an email detailing how to obtain a refund which includes information needed to pass security which is there address, telephone number and last 4 digits of the card they paid on. 

If someone could advise on the above it would be much appreciated as I would just like to receive the refund I am due.

If you read the booking conditions you will find that they are leaving it up to you to sort it out. Given that they have provided you with details of the card they used to purchase the tickets then it seems likely that they will be the ones to receive the refund after you have put in all the effort. Hopefully once they get the money they will return it to you, probably less their fees.

I don't understand why you used them to book the tickets in the first place as there is no advantage in doing so rather than directly with Ryanair. You have now discovered one downside of using them and there are plenty more.
