Target HCA Help to Buy

Hi. I'm getting the runaround from Target HCA whilst trying to redeem my Help to Buy Loan through remortgaging. they keep telling me they've lost the money I've sent them to initiate the redemption and that they have rejected my RICS survey valuation but are reviewing it again.
Nobody will tell me how long this might take or the reasons behind the initial rejection. Target HCA have been an absolute nightmare from the very start so I'm desperate to redeem as soon as possible and the longer it goes on, the more interest they are making from me.
Has anyone had similar issues, or have any experience of how long this normally takes?

Not the same issue, but just to say that I'm also getting the runaround from them too. I'm trying to remove my ex, with a potential re-mortgage (like for like). Sorry I can't help direct with yours, but you're not alone with their catastrophic customer service.0

Sorry to resurrect a semi-zombie thread but did either of you get anywhere with this in the end?0

Neither of them have logged in since August last year; so they're unlikely to see this.Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:1
