A good place to start is the UK Government's travel advice for Spain, in particular the Entry requirements section https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/spain/entry-requirements

    Restrictions in response to coronavirus

Under current border restrictions, only Spanish citizens, those who are legally resident in Spain, frontier workers or those who can prove they need to enter Spain for essential reasons will be allowed to enter the country.

Only green residency certificates will be accepted as proof of residency in Spain and British travellers who are not resident and/or not in possession of this certificate should not attempt to enter the country. Padron certificates, utility bills and property deeds will not be accepted by Spanish authorities as proof of residency.

I'm not sure that currently you would meet the entry requirements for Spain.  The Gov.UK site is usually very frequently updated, although keep in mind that it is the UK Government's interpretation of the Spanish Authority's rules, so it might be worth looking on Spanish Government or embassy websites to cross check information.

A lot can change though and your flight is still 20 days away so keep checking.

I’m just surprised that the entry requirements are not on the airlines webpage
what happens if your refused entry, you would be stranded in the airport,
surely the airlines have a duty of care
I suppose you would then have to pay For extortionate  Tickets to return to the UK

I think the FCO advise is still to avoid all but essential travel to anywhere.  Could be totally different by mid-June ?
Can you engage the services of a (commercial) property agent where the property is in Malaga?  The keys could be sent by secure post?
