Wizz Air - Stag Do Group Booking

I’ve booked a stag do for 15 people to Budapest flying with Wizz Air from Luton on the 18th of June, the flight back which I booked with Ryanair has been cancelled (so we cant go anyway) but the Wizz Air flight is still showing as scheduled which seems ridiculous when we cant fly yet and Budapest isn’t accepting UK citizens.

I see my only option being to cancel it with Wizz Air and take the £60pp cancellation fee hit – is this refunded as cash or credit?

But is there anything else we can try such as, going through our insurance policies – is this even possible with it being booked as a group under 1 reference number?

I paid for it on a credit card, is there anyway I can claim through that?

Any other suggestions?
