Lemon Cucumber

I've been given 4 lemon cucumber plants, which I've had in the conservatory, for a couple of weeks, and are coming on nicely. Trouble is, I don't know the best way to grow them. I've searched online, and most of the videos I've come across, seem to be made in USA, even though in my search, I put UK. Can I grow these in a container? And will I need a separate one for every plant. Some of the videos, I have watched, show them growing, and they trail, but they don't explain, how to start them off, and how to look after them. Any advice would be gratefully accepted.

Do note that none of the descriptions say they taste of lemons. Bit of shame IMO. They're quite an old variety and I might give them a go one year.
