Just says 'customer reimbursement'.
I had charged the ev before we got the email about the xmas free period so it's probably about right.

This is the reply we got from Octopus when we queried the amount:

"Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the incorrect credit being applied. We had an issue where some accounts got applied the average credit amount rather than the actual amount they had used."

Easy enough to check, just take a look at your statement for December for the cost for those 4 hours (+ VAT).

Easy enough to check, just take a look at your statement for December for the cost for those 4 hours (+ VAT).

Yup, as I thought, we're up about 40p. 

It would cost them more in admin to fix it.

Well I think they owe me £1.50 maybe even more... but Im not going to start a fight especially as some of the electricity I used only cost me 5p a kW
