Cannot Contact Virgin about my holiday

We have a holiday to Florida booked for November & with everything that’s happening we want to choose another date to travel in 2021 instead.
with Disney not opening until July, not the full experience & now hearing that they are cancelling dining plans to which we have already paid £1200 for its not worth it.
However there is no way to contact Virgin to speak to anyone about this, you cannot email or call as they are only letting through the calls of people whose flights are in the next 24 hours!
is anyone else in a similar position and knows how to get through on their phone lines - I totally appreciate they are dealing with current cancellations etc just now but the longer we l3ve it the less options & more expensive the 2021 holiday will be.
