    If unsatisfied with Virgin's complaints procedure, the next step would be to escalate the complaint to the alternative dispute scheme they're a member of.

    Threads over pages make it easy to miss things from OP.

    Time that CMA & others bodies got involved and sorted it, rather than rely on card providers to pick up the mess. 
    While I agree they are jointly liable. It is just plain silly that card providers should pick up the tab and bail the travel co's out. Remember how people complained about some banks being bailed out. Well if this continues with S75. While banks are in a far stronger position now than previously, they will be able to support their own cards. Some of the independent card providers may not be. 
    Would anyone bail them out?
