BA voucher not accepted on website

I have received e vouchers for flights due to Covid 19.
Today I tried to use them online but both vouchers were not accepted.
I called BA but there is nobody picking up phone.
I don’t know what to do, I asked for support via Facebook chat but I was only directed to make a call.
I am in catch 22!
