Vitality Health - do they have retentions?

Hi,
I’m not particularly happy with Vitality because I tried to contact their GP service multiple times in March and was entirely unable to get through to anyone. I also that their reward system is unforgiving and gradually worsening. My premium also goes up despite being highly active (vitality platinum) , non smoker, good blood pressure, young etc etc.

I have reached the end of my policy term with them and want to either reduce the cost significantly or probably just ditch it.
Do they have a retentions team? I ask as obviously with providers like Virgin Media if you threaten to leave or actually leave you get a call back from retentions normally offering you a deal you can’t turn down. If I can cancel my policy will a similar thing occur?

There may be a retentions team but generally they wouldn't be offering deals like Sky or Virgin come up with if you leave them.

Thanks, I basically want a very good deal or I’ll leave, and that’s not just to get a discount!Weighty1 said:There may be a retentions team but generally they wouldn't be offering deals like Sky or Virgin come up with if you leave them.0
