MBNA PPI Redress Upheld - but issues getting paid.

Hi -
Thank's to Martin's prompting towards the close of the PPI deadline last year I spent a couple of hours entering general enquiries on a number of sites one of which was MBNA. Since then all but MBNA have come back as negative. I had a number of email, written and telephone discussions with them and on 6 May 2020 I was sent an offer letter with a 5 figure sum on it. A few days later the cheque arrived and I deposited it into my account at Santander.
Disappointingly 3 days later the cheque bounced and was returned to MBNA. When I contacted them I was told that a number of cheques had been bounced in that 'batch'. I requested the cheque be cancelled and a new one sent.
I was told that would be actioned but it could take up to a further 20 days for the cheque to arrive. that was about 9 or 10 days ago. This feels like payment delay tactics to me although I have not evidence to support that.
If I get to 20 days from the date I requested a replacement and I have still not received it - do I have any further redress against MBNA?
Any advice would be welcome.
Regards,

It is not delaying tactics. These units are under severe strain due to volume of work and it goes back into a work queue with many of the staff furloughed or working from home.
