Hello

Had someone come round to quote a few outstanding jobs and the cost doesn't seem right. Location is NW London, so I'm aware of the London premium :(
All costs include materials. Please let me know your thoughts on what you would expect to pay for these:

- Pave garden for area of 45 sqm  (currently lawn so remove grass, lay foundation and all layers etc, and pave with standard concrete paving (lets say £20/sqm) = £5500
- Move existing internal manhole 4 metres outside extension (digging, breaking concrete patio and refilling, piping etc) = £3500
- Board loft 2.5m each direction around the hatch (25 sqm) on top of existing insulation, and add a ladder (no changes to the hatch) = £1550
- Remove splashback tiles in kitchen (roughly 6 sqm) across all walls, make good the wall and then retile (cost includes materials, tiles roughly £80) = £450
- Add backing and shelves (using MDF/plywood) to an existing airing-type cupboard (size roughly 2m high x 0.75m) wide = £150

Thanks in advance!
