Section 75 v chargeback

I bought Disney tickets through Www.Orlandoattractions.com For a trip that should have happened at Easter using a visa credit card. Orkandoattractions won’t refund the tickets, and my Travel insurance has also come back saying no, that I should claim via my credit card.
I’ve read that section 75 might not apply to transactions through a 3rd party - does anyone know if this would be considered a 3rd party? Should I make a claim via section 75 or chargeback

It depends exactly on the situation. Was Disney closed at the time? Or was it open? You paid Orlandoattractions for Disney tickets, which I assume they provided you. Up to that point they've fulfilled their contract. If the park was closed, then you were unable to use the tickets, and you may be entitled to a refund. However it might also depend on what Disney's policy is.1

Disneyland Paris was certainly closed at easter and I’m sure it was the same across all the parks at that time.bagand96 said:It depends exactly on the situation. Was Disney closed at the time? Be warned though if you do manage to obtain a refund you might find they deduct some of it for admin costs as has happened to others.0
