They even state underneath:
"Prices include VAT at the applicable rate and are rounded. The prices appear differently on your bills and statements where we show prices excluding VAT."

Every cloud has a silver lining based on numerous relatively recent reported experiences, unless UP have improved it is entirely possible they will have to pay out compensation on at least 1 ( maybe both) of these requirements

Supplier fails to refund an owed credit balance within 10 working days of sending a final bill.   £30 by former supplier
Supplier fails to send a final bill within six weeks of a switch.     £30 by former supplier ( does not apply to switches that happened before 1 May 2020)

Depending on how long any delays are refunding an owed credit balance might be possible to put a complaint together requesting credit balance refund, compensation and exit fees waived due to poor service if that transpired to be the case.

Except that it does not appear on any of the earlier points in the sign-up flow where the £30 exit fee is mentioned and only appear in the screen you show if the user elects to look at the details which they can by pass completely if they head straight for the switch.

As the website is aimed at consumers, all prices should be shown including unavoidable taxes like VAT.
