I’ve tried to cancel my holiday to Portugal through on the beach as the remaining balance is not due till 22nd. Happy to accept the loss of deposit as we don’t want to travel. However, on the beach have rejected the request twice without any explanation. Any ideas what I can do?

They haven’t gave a reason. Just says cancelled request no further action required, they’re impossible to get an answer from

Is it a classic package holiday or did you book the flights and accommodation separately ?

Were the flights non flexible with a no cancellation clause

    When are you travelling .

  • Hi, it’s booked separately but on the beach book it all. So the flights have been paid for and the additional fees were for transfers and admin fees which we agreed to pay. Hotel cost isn’t due yet and is free cancellation up until the payment due date. Due to travel on the 6th July but as I said we were willing to accept the loss of deposits and extra fees
