Voluntary Redundancy Process

I am going through redundancy and about 2 weeks through 45 day consultation. Company is willing to considered voluntary redundancy and I have VR statement. Terms of statement say figures are for "guidance only" and "should not be considered a formal or legal document". Company requires those who want to apply for VR to confirm via email within next few days. Information provided to date as part of consultation indicates I am at very high risk of being made redundant - I would guess 70% liklihood given the number of roles potentially affected. However, as consultation still has 30 days to go and we have yet to have any 1 to 1 discussions there is a chance my view on those odds might change, and then I would be willing to take my chances along with everyone else. So at what point can I withdraw from the VR process?
