Covered?? Booking a Tui Holiday for October 2020

Hello, I am looking to book a Tui package holiday for October 2020 but I am hesitant as I am unsure if I'd be covered or eligible for a credit refund/voucher if COVID was to continue through October. I am unsure if the travel restrictions would have an adverse effect on a booking if I was to go ahead with it

If you are looking for reassurance, I can't see it happening.
Personally I would be waiting is see what the picture is nearer the time
