Has anyone else booked this trip via Secret  Escapes, I understand they wont speak to me until 3 weeks prior to the trip so that makes it 1st July. As the concert has been postponed to 2021 will we be able to get a full refund please ?

If  the trip included say a hotel & tickets for Andra Bocelli, then you should be due a full refund.

Thank you, yes it included Flight, hotel and tickets.  I think that as the concert has been " postponed" to 2021 not cancelled that could be the stumbling block.  Lets hope not.  Thanks.

Then it's a package holiday, you should be due a full refund, I believe your have to agree to the new date.

We too had this trip booked.  I mailed Secret Escapes when the concert was cancelled and they said the same... wait till nearer the time.  I asked them to rebook for next year (i.e. for the postponed concert) but they said they could not.
Now I've had two emails saying the trip can't go ahead and giving a credit note. Twice I've replied same a credit note is not acceptable and to issue a full refund within 14 days. 
No reply has been received.
What further action could I take?  Is there a 'claim' under ATOL or is it small claims court?

Just had a further email from them offering an extra 10% credit.  I've quoted back The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 , Part 3, Section 14 being  "Refunds in the event of termination"... "must be made to the traveller without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the package travel contract is terminated."
Small claims or Section 75 I think.

Small claims are possible but with the courts closed for the last 3 months, if they defend the case you will be waiting for a year or more for a hearing. Much easier to make a claim against your card

Submitted the section 75 claim yesterday, as their time to refund is up.  They are still offering a credit, but the 12 month time-limit is not long enough to even attempt to rebook for the delayed concert.

My section 75 claim has been settled and the full amount refunded to my credit card.  Me 1 Secret Escapes 0!
