CJRS Claim During Cutover from CJRS1 & CJRS2 (Flexible Furlough)

Under the current CJRS1 scheme, any employees placed on furlough must be furloughed for a minimum period of 3 consecutive weeks and can be furloughed multiple times, but each separate instance must be for a minimum period of 3 consecutive weeks. As CJRS1 approaches its end on 30 June, we will have a few employees that will have been on their most recent furlough period for 2 weeks by the end of June, so we will be unable to include them in our application for the 80% wage grant for our monthly payroll run in the final week of June. Would I be right in presuming that, if they remain furloughed for at least a further week in July under CJRS2, then the 3 consecutive week rule would have been satisfied, and we can then claim for this period on our July claim? I presume this approach is right, but the three week rule will no longer apply under CJRS2 as there will be full flexibility between work days and furlough days, with no minimum furlough period before a claim is allowed.
