Which lenders don't use Transunion

I'm a first time buyer, found a house and have a 10% deposit. Obviously that limits my mortgage choices as there aren't many high LTV deals at the moment. However, my other issue is that my credit record is only good on Experian and Equifax. Transunion shows a default from over 5 years ago (satisfied at the time). I know I could wait a few more months and this wouldn't show on the report anymore but I don't want to wait that long in case the house is sold before then. So I was wondering if anyone knows which lenders don't use Transunion and offer 90% or higher LTV.

Never heard of them, but I would suggest you use a broker who can guide you around this sort of thing.

Thanks. I think they used to be Call Credit0

This really can change all the time. I really recommend that the best way is to consult with a broker. They know the market, they know the lenders, they will find you the right product.
I did find the following on web but it is dated 2017 so could be out of date. Transunion was previously known as Callcredit.
I don't think it is correct, as I was creditchecked for a mortgage with Halifax last year and they definitely searched Transunion.0 -
Hi there. My mortgage is with Leeds Building Society and they do not report to Transunion. I've had my mortgage 5 years and it's never shown up on there (it does show up on Experian and Equifax plus all the free derivations of these 2 credit reference agencies)."The problem with Internet quotes is that you can't always depend on their accuracy" - Abraham Lincoln, 18640
