Anyone got a cash refund on a cancelled package holiday from Fleetway Travel

Trying to get cash refund from Fleetway Travel after they cancelled our package holiday. Been offer to reschedule or be given vouchers instead which we have declined. Told them they are legally bound to refund us in cash under the package holiday regulations. Holiday was cancelled in April and still no cash refund after emailing them several times. Have sent a letter to bank for chargeback and awaiting reply that was two weeks ago. Also put a complaint against our travel insurance after they said they are not accepting claims for package holiday where the travel firm has cancelled your booking it is down to abta. Should I now go to the small claims court?
