Lloyds (+ Halifax + BOS) Bank - Online Banking Access Problems?

Hi, is it just me or are there currently problems with accessing Lloyds Bank via their online, telephone and mobile services? I keep on getting logged out and hung-up on. Is anyone currently able to get in?

Same here for me with Lloyds; however, they seem to be back in business again now.
