I notice that my withdrawals saw a huge jump a few days ago, I am guessing that was my share of the property deal?I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0

If it was the result of your RYI completing you will have received an email. Mine was titled "You have funds available to manage", but this was back in August so things may have changed since then.IvanOpinion said:I notice that my withdrawals saw a huge jump a few days ago, I am guessing that was my share of the property deal?0 -
I have had a couple of releases complete, but in this case my queue positions are currently (approx) 2000, 3000, and 7000 for my 3 remaining streams. It surprised me. I have been getting £500-£600 out per month since May. This month however is almost 5 times that (which is not a complaint) - the bulk being applied on 10th Dec.Aceace said:

Perhaps it was the result of a large property loan completing. You should be able to see this by examining the repaid loans in your account.IvanOpinion said:

Just managed to withdraw the vast majority of my investment, after waiting since March. Had done the hint on setting my reinvestment rate to a high level so it wouldn't be matched - generally this would only yield me £2-3 each month that I was able to withdraw, but for some reason at the end of last month was able to withdraw virtually the whole lot. Still got about 5% of the original investment tied up and in the queue for release

All RYIs from March should be complete now. They are currently processing RYIs from April.poppy10_2 said:Just managed to withdraw the vast majority of my investment, after waiting since March. Yesterday I received Christmas surprise, my request from 17th April on Access has been fulfilled. So I have now exited 5 Year market and Access, apart from two investments on 5 Year below £10, which will have to sit there. One and a half year long adventure with Ratesetter for me with nice outcome after all.

Just had my 4.5k request complete. I was 3000th in the queue just yesterday. All in all it has been quite a successful venture although it seems for the time my adventure with P2P has come to an end.1

Certainly clearing at a high speed of knots at the minute. I have just had 2 more accounts complete (one was 11K in the queue at the start of the month). One more chunk to go and then I guess I just have to wait for the last couple of hundred quid to be repaid (i.e. amounts less than £10 )I don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!1
