I had this in the 5 year market and got paid the outstanding balance.

Do you happen to know what happens to your money in the queue if the balance of money invested becomes less than the amount originally requested for release because of withdrawals under this method?
My understanding, and I've seen nothing on the contrary in my extensive monitoring of the p2pindie forum, is that you get the outstanding balance,as the previous poster reports. I'm not sure why you wouldn't?

I was just afraid they may do something daft, like cancel the request. After all I can't see much logic to the way they are running things. Before I learnt this trick, I had my entire investment repaid only to be lent out again on the same day!  I much prefer the system run by ZOPA!

Thanks everyone for the helpful responses.

Another 7,000 to go before I get my last few hundred (so about 2 years...☹️).
At least I got the majority back, which was in the 5 year market.

I've also noticed that the queue is moving quicker. Could it be that the request releases made on the weekend of the 14th March are all individual savers/investors with small sums to reclaim whereas up to now it's been big institutions with sometimes huge sums so the queue has been much slower?  So hopefully it will keep moving quickly while the weekend's requests are dealt with?
