I have no time for Admiral (totally different context), but this is abysmal behaviour which doesnt surprise me, i suggest you move elsewhere once this is resolved, please keep us informed. Good luck.

I'm sure this is a mistake, however there must be cases where, post accident, a driver has said 'not me guv, I wasn't there - someone's got the wrong plate...' in response to a claim. What evidence do you have that the car was not in use on the day concerned, or that it was nowhere near the accident site? If you haven't got it to hand, then start collecting it: memories fade, things disappear etc. If it comes to it you may need it, therefore it's wise to have it.davidmcn said:
