Brittany ferries

So much info on package holidays and flights but what about the individual traveller.
i spend a couple of weeks In France walking with my cousin staying in chalet or mobile homes on camp site in June 
this year BF changed its pricing, cheapest was to pay up front. Due to sail from Plymouth to Roscoff on 15 June returning 2 weeks later
I've heard nothing from the company with emails saying may take 45 days for a reply and phone lines stopped.
what are my rights

Have Brittany Ferries cancelled the trip? If not, what are the cancellation terms for the ticket you purchased?

There are several threads on the Brittany Ferries refunds on this forum.  People have been getting refunds, but their first offer is usually a voucher.  Keep at them, refuse the voucher for future travel, (unless it suits you).  I got the money back in my account about  4 weeks after the sail date.  My sailing was cancelled and it was a Flexi booking.

Thanks but looking at their website passenger ferries are starting on 15th June which is the ferry I have booked for Plymouth to Roscoff, however no point in travelling if I have to quarantine and nowhere to stay. Too late to cancel

If the sailing hasn't been cancelled, I would try and push for a voucher for future travel.  I don't think Brittany Ferries will be concerned about customers having to quarantine at either end.  Things are changing fast and any rules regarding quarantine may change before or during your planned holiday.
