Problem Logging into Virgin Money Credit Card

do's anyone know of any issue with Virgin Money Credit card online logging in as put my login details password etc but it wont let me in as I want to pay my monthly amount that I normally pay and its just not letting me in  as i dont want to charged interest ive also tried the app and that's got the same problems too any advie would be gratefully received

    Why not pay via this method then direct from Virgin Moneys website: 

    Through your bank:

    The easiest way to make a payment through your bank is by Faster Payment. All you’ll need is our sort code (40-64-25) bank account number (41320424) and a reference (your 16 digit credit card number). Payments will be added to your account within two hours of receipt of the funds.

    Try again now? Just logged into the app without any issues.

    Banks will quite often have downtime at the weekend while the IT geeks muck about with their handiwork. 
    I always try and do stuff during the week (although might be wise to have a direct debit set up to avoid any issues) 
    I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?

    Just logged on via the website with no problem. App worked as well.
  • Hi I have been pre approved for 0% balance transfer card from virgin money but when I fill application I get all the way to the in submit and it tells me that I haven’t used it for 10mins and gives me the option to restart then tells me there is an error and I can’t do anything. Been trying for 3 days and now worried about it going on to credit file as it’s the actual application not soft search. Any one else having this problem? 
  • Virgin Money are turning off their credit card website from tomorrow. You will need to use the app instead.
