CCJ issued during IVA
I completed my IVA at the end of February gone, my credit score has just dropped 90 points. On looking into this I can see a county court judgement has been added from September 2017 at a previous address. This is the first I know about this zero correspondence, no previous inkling that this was going on. I know a CCJ cant be raised whilst you are in an IVA yet I have no information as to who this debtor is or what it is for to contact them, also this means the 6 years for IVA to disappear from file wont matter as will now be Sep 2023 before the CCJ goes.

You can get a CCJ for a new debt whilist in an IVA, only debts that predate the IVA are protected. You need to find out more about the CCJ and the debt it relates to.

I'll speak to the court tomorrow and see what information they provide. There doesn't seem to be anywhere I can get the details of who the debt is owed to and what for.0

On your credit report under public information it will give you the court and case number if you open it up. Usually in the UK it is Northampton CCBCGive them a call or email and as long as you have the case number they will find it and who entered it.0
