Me and my siblings Inherited my mums property but I have to sell it

Hello me and my siblings have inherited my mums property but I have to sell it as a trustee and was worried that the property has too be signed into my name first before the sale how will this affect me as I live in a housing association property

Presumably you have probate/letters of administration and so would sell as exor/trustee?

    Consult a conveyancing solicitor?

No, it doesn't. You will be selling it as the executor, not an owner.

it is not a problem - as others have said it is sold by the executor and no name changes on the land registry. I sold my parents' property as executor and it went straight from their names to the new owners. Solicitors will deal with this for you and you just sign the paperwork as the executor

Ditto, my mum died and left her flat to me and my brother,I was executor,  it took nearly two years To sell it, and it remained in her name and when sold went direct to the new buyer, I just had to provide the probate cert to the solicitor I used to sell.

Apart from anything else, you couldn't transfer into your name because it wasn't wholly left to you.

If the property is not currently registered with the Land Registry (ie you hold physical deeds as proof of ownership), then it may be worth paying to have  it registered (in the name of the executors) as this means the actual conveyance when it's sold will probably go through faster and be cheaper for the buyer. It will cost you though, in the meantime, and funds might not be available.
