Yes, those are the exact ones I had in my last bathroom. I assume they're stuck on with paint? Or maybe the rubber/foam/plastic stuff has perished a bit?

Yes, I think it must be the sealant and paint which someone used when decorating.

Oh, and they bulbs are GU10s.

Anyone got ideas to get the bevels off the remaining two fittings? Thanks.

basically, do the same thing you did with the other one, but just use more force!
maybe it would help if you removed the whole light from the ceiling?

The fittings are have a set of three springs but the holes in the ceiling board are so tight it's near impossible to get the whole fittings out without damaging the ceiling.  I'll have to get the landlord in...
If they are very tight, the technique is to get your fingers in to help close the springs up as the fitting starts to come through the plasterboard so you are not stressing the edge of the board.
Be careful they don't snap shut as the fitting comes clear, they are like little mousetraps on your fingers. You normally replace GU10s from the top of the fitting so the bit you separated is probably the way they are made rather than the access for changing bulbs.
