Fred Olsen Cruise Refunds

I have been waiting 10 weeks and counting for my refund from Fred Olsen, I realise that these are difficult times but this to me seems extreme. I have seen that someone received their refund within 2 weeks and someone else thanked them for their prompt refund but my experience has been very different. I have been given deadlines that have come and gone the latest being within 2 or 3 weeks of the 1st of May, still no refund. It doesn't inspire me with confidence to book with Fred Olsen in the future.
