Easyjet flight date change problems

I've tried to rearrange flights with easyjet for over a week, to no avail.
After changing flight dates the checkout always seems to leave an error code message. (*see screenshot attachment)
Any advice?(. There is no way of contacting easyjet via phone and they seem not to answer emails nor social media .
