Hi All,
I'm looking into something for an elderly friend, they are continually being overcharged by their local Russell's shop, for example items will be priced at one thing but the customer is charged something else. I checked this out and it looks like the labels are wrong but Russell's staff have said that it's not their problem. Is there anywhere to register a complaint?

Well if the labels are incorrect then they aren't being overcharged, you'd be best calling the store during the day and expressing your concern. Accurate pricing advertisement is essential for budgeting, especially for elderly and the like.

I called into the store, unfortunately they were not prepared to do anything. I checked some of the the items on promotion and their still priced wrong. All incorrectly priced items are more expensive at the till.
