Does anyone else use this company? I changed my tariff to a monthly payment and they are charging me £35 PER DAY for late payment! I need to change, any suggestions? Also how do I deal with this company? Thanks

Are you sure it is per day... ?This is from their T&C's :
If you have both gas and electric with them I guess they might consider that two separate bills, but certainly not a per day charge according to this?How far overdue are you right now?0
